How To Apply At Luby’s


Step 1:

Visit Luby’s website at and click on the “Careers” tab at the bottom part of the page.lubys-step-1


Step 2:

Choose which type of job you want to work in:


2.1: To apply for Office jobs, click on “Office Positions” tab. Send your resume to either the mailing address, fax or email.


2.2: To apply for Crew jobs, click on “Crew Members” tab. See the list of available positions and the benefits for those who are qualified. Hit the “click here” link for the kind of job you are interested in.


2.3: To apply for a Manager position, click on the “Restaurant Managers” tab. On the next page click on the “Click Here for More Information” button. On the following page, click on the “Submit a Resume” on the right section to see the instructions.


Step 3:

For “Crew Members” job, you will be directed to a third party website ( for the application process. You need to log in if you have an account already, otherwise, enter your email address and create a password. Click on the “Start Application” afterwards.


Step 4:

Enter your zipcode and select the radius range in the dropdown box to search for an available branch near you. Once you found a location, click on the “Continue” button.


Step 5:

Fill up the application form and answer the assessments.


Step 6:

After completing the application form and assessments, the confirmation for your application will be displayed. Luby’s will contact you if you are found to be fit for the position that you are applying for.
